I received an email notification of time change fours hours AFTER the modified time change. Fortunately, Mark Lane of Detours called to say he was waiting! Viator also listed the wrong hotel for my pick up location. My voucher listed the hotel next door instead of the hotel I gave them when I made the reservation. Detours and the guide were great! Viator needs to improve its administrative functions!”
